Course goals/Competences: Learning the theoretical and practical aspects of classical control systems design methods. Ability to solve wide spectrum of theoretical and practical problems in the field of control system design.

Curriculum: Analysis of the transient and steady state parameters. Analytical design of control systems. Compensators. Design in frequency domain using Nyquist diagram. Design in frequency domain using Bode diagram. Root locus. Design with root locus. Design in state space.
