Course goals/Competences: The goal of this discipline is to introduce the students with the basic sensors and actuators used in robotics and automation. After taking this course the students will be able to conduct complex measurements with different transducers and to design simple control systems using these elements.

Total available number of classes: 180

Curriculum: Introduction; regulation-control structure of a system; unified current and power signal; sensors, regulators, actuators. Detailed analysis of sensors, actuators and regulators.
