Course Goals (acquired competencies): Introduction to methods of calculation and analysis of stationary modes of the power system. Creation of computer programs and analysis of power system using ready-made software packages.

Course Syllabus: Introduction. Basic equations of three-phase branches and systems. Power system matrices. General methods for calculating the voltage of the nodes, a method for approximate calculation of load flow. Transformation matrices. Calculation of short circuit currents.
