Course Goals (acquired competencies): The students are learning specific measurement methods and instrumentation which are applicable in power systems measurements.

Course Syllabus: The content of the course is: voltage and current measurement transformers, application and measurement errors, methods for measurement of one phase and three phase electric power, power-meters, digital electricity meters, grounding grids and earth specific resistivity measurements, measurement of electric isolation and power quality measurements.
