  • Condensed matter, semiconductors
  • Electrical characterization of semiconducting thin films (time evolution of capacitance, frequency dependence of C-V characteristics, determination of oxide charges and traps in the films, accumulation capacitance, trechhold voltage, flat-band voltage, dielectrical parameters)
  • Materials testing with spectroscopy methods (UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorometry, thermoluminescence)
  • Energy efficiency. Measures for energy efficiency in buildings (RES in buildings, energy efficient electrical installations, BIM)
  • Qualifications. National Qualification Framework. Validation of non-formal and informal learning – VNFIL. Lifelong learning – LLL
