Announcement for the procurement of services from external experts for the needs of the project "PV-ESTIA - Enhancing storage integration in buildings with Photovoltaics" within the framework of the TNCP Balkan - Mediterranean 2014 - 2020 Programm for the needs of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies UKIM Skopje. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje is announcing an


INVITATION TO TENDER FOR External experts services

within the project “PV-ESTIA – Enhancing storage integration in buildings with Photovoltaics“

 

with two /2/ Lots:

Lot 01: External expert for specifications of pilot projects and national policy

Lot 02: External expert for pilot projects data collection and analysis

The procedure to be applied for this announcement is the single tender procedure according PRAG rules. The complete tender dossier can be found at the Faculty web page and can be downloaded from here copy_of_zip.png. It includes:

A. Instructions to tenderers and contract notice

B. Draft Contract Agreement and Special Conditions with annexes:

  1. General Conditions for service contracts
  2. Terms of Reference
  3. Organisation and Methodology (to be submitted by the tenderer using the template provided)
  4. Key experts (including templates for the summary list of experts and their CVs for contracts requiring key experts)
  5. Budget (to be submitted by the tenderer as the Financial offer using the template provided)
  6. Forms and other supporting documents
